The QCI is a cutting-edge system designed to assess large-scale healthcare service quality. Aimed at data miners working with extensive entries, the QCI uses dimension reduction techniques to manage complexity. It is built on the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) database structure but can be adapted for other data sources with proper restructuring. The QCI relies on aggregated data, excluding individual datasets, and involves four key stages: data acquisition, data curation, data analysis, and visualization, ensuring a thorough evaluation of healthcare quality.
